1. Download the BIOS from your ASUS Motherboard Model Site

2. Download the BIOS onto your Desktop (Should have a .cap File inside)

3. Drag the BIOS .zip inside of the USB

4. Boot into your BIOS and select your flash section and only 1 version should appear

5. Update it to the newest or oldest do NOT do the same version.
